3M Roloc Surface Conditioning Disc

The 3M Roloc Surface Conditioning Disc is a surface conditioning disc that combines an aggressive abrasive and 3M Roloc quick-change attachment system. The non-woven disc uses aluminium oxide mineral abrasive offering a continuous fast cutting action and consistency. The fibre construction conforms well to help preserve irregular or contoured surfaces. Suitable for a variety of general-purpose metalworking applications from deburring and finishing.

Unique Construction

The unique construction of the Scotch-Brite disc is made up of non-woven fibres and aluminium oxide abrasive making it tough and durable. Compared to traditional abrasives that quickly wear down when used, this discs high cut rate, hardness, strength and low heat retention make aluminium oxide a popular choice.

Flexibility

The Scotch Brite surface conditioning disc allows for easy adaptation to a profiled surface. It has been designed to last longer than wire brushes and other abrasive discs. The abrasive standards are kept constant throughout its lifespan. This is because the disc doesn’t get clogged up, extending the life of the product.

The Roloc system from 3M provides a secure attachment on heavy-duty applications. It allows for Roloc discs to be quickly swapped out from one application to another in seconds. The plastic threaded button or screw is designed to easily and quickly screw on a Roloc TR disc pad.
