Abrasive Wire Brushes

DTC has a variety of industrial abrasive wire brushes to browse and shop. The abrasive surface on these brushes is primarily used for cleaning and surface preparation tasks. There are many different applications (depending on which brush you buy), these include:

• Some are handheld whereas others are used in conjunction with power tools, such as angle grinders
• Cleaning off paint, coatings, rust, and dirt
• Cleaning and smoothing metal surfaces
• Preparing surfaces for finishing tasks
• Deburring moulds and castings, particularly in difficult-to-reach areas and
• Use for light to heavy-duty applications

Fine Finishing Sanding Files

A very wide range of industrial hand files is available including files and deburring tools. This selection is primarily focused on fine finishing work, rather than coarse filing, which takes out larger material amounts.

You can also buy handles for the files, some with a hole for hanging purposes. Choose from various shaped files including flat, round and tapered. Also, choose from needle file sets & nib files. Browse through our selection of sanding files and decide which products best suit your needs.
