Vacuum Sealant Tape – High Temp; Perfect for Industry
Sealant tapes, or tacky tapes as they are widely known, were first developed in the building industry for creating weather tight seals between building façades. Since then, they have been adopted by many other industries, with many different formulations developed for superior strength, sag resistance and higher temperature applications.
The composite industry has widely adopted the butile rubber tape in a standard 15m roll that is 3mm thick x 12mm wide, with many manufacturers supplying various grades for certain applications.

The product was designed as a direct result of their customer’s input; as such they created the intuitive colour code for hot and cold, red and blue tapes to ensure easy product selection in a production environment.
