The AXIA Powered Airfed Mask System, provides excellent protection to the forehead, ears and neck with a functional, wraparound design that also facilitates easy of movement.
The mask is extremely comfortable and highly adjustable in four directions: height, width, angle and also depth to allow for glasses wearers.
Excellent Filtration
When combined with the air filtration unit, the visor provides filtration of solid and liquid particles (PSL). The face shield is bolted and flame retardant and offers TH2 level leakage protection. The main filter is reusable (PRSL) and only needs infrequent replacement. The visual and audible alarm informs the operator when the filter needs to be changed.
The filtration unit is equipped with a pre-filter that blocks the largest particles, extending the lifespan of the main filter. The pre-filter is also available with active charcoal.
As well as a clogged filter alarm, the AXIA Powered Airfed Mask System also has a distinctive alarm to warn the operator when the battery charge is running low.
The included battery is a 4 cell lithium-ion unit with an operating time of up to 10 hours (with a new filter and minimum airflow).
Dual Airflow Options
To suit different operator requirements, 2 airflow levels can be selected. The minimum airflow is 180l/m and this can be increased up to 220l/m with the press of a button.
The blower unit is mounted onto a larger, padded belt which offers excellent comfort even when being used for long periods of time.
Each AXIA Powered Airfed Mask System is supplied with a storage bag which is perfect for transport and storage of spare parts.
