The Cengar PL905 Airsaw is a low vibration, fast cutting saw. Ideal for cutting heavy section G.R.P. and Metal up to 50mm thick. Used for many applications including Oil & Petrochemical, Pallet Repair, Boatbuilding, Ship Building and Repair, Vehicle Repair & Adaptations and Aircraft Maintenance.
Designed specifically for use in high volume continuous production environments, the Cengar PL905 Airsaw is perfect for applications such as pallet repair, but is increasingly being used by Gas Contractors, Bus and Truck Builders and most recently luxury car manufacturers, for cutting sophisticated composite materials.
Use freehand with our MC Red Blades – 220mm long 18 or 24 tpi.
Cengar PL905 Airsaw – Safety First
Fitted with a safety isolator and uses 12mm (1/2″) wide Bi-metal blades. Can be converted to use 19mm (3/4″) Bi-metal blades by simply changing the nose piece.
Use with the Cengar air driven pallet spreader for continuous use on pallet repair production lines.
ATEX Approved CE EX II 2G Ex h IIC T2 Gb, ideal for applications requiring pneumatic power for safety.
