3M paint preparation system (PPS)
DTC sell the famous 3M paint preparation system (PPS), which is perfect for filtering, measuring, mixing, and spraying.
All the products from this range are available here including the lids and liners kit. Each kit contains 50 disposable liners, 1 reusable hard cup and 32 sealing plugs. Choose from 125 microns and 200 microns versions.
Also, available are mixing cup and collar – choose from four sizes, Mini – 6 oz (200ml)., Midi – 13.5 oz (400ml)., Standard – 22 oz (650ml). and Large – 28 oz (850ml). These include integrated locking collars on lids.
Other paint mixing tools
Other paint mixing tools available from DTC include catalyst dispensers, these accurately dispense with our catalyst. Small dispenses 0-15ml and large dispenses 10-80ml. We also have a wall-mounted dispenser which dispenses up to 500ml.
Buy clear pots and lids, which can be used for a multitude of purposes. Our digital scales are compact and portable and accurately measure up to 3KG of paint (or other materials) in 1g increments. The Farecla optimised paint system (OPS) – mixes directly in the cup, is quick to assemble, use, refill and dispose of paint residues.
Choose mesh paint strainers with 125, 190 or 250 micron mesh. Our mixing sticks are available in metal, paint (400mm long, 80mm wide, for use with power drills), plastic, and wood (various sizes are available).
Paint mixing cups are available in cardboard 200ml, and plastic and polypropylene. Our BAXT paint mixing cups are available in sizes ranging from 400ml to 2,240ml and are sold in packs of 200. If you need paint trays, we have what you are looking for!
Our SATA RPS cup system (rapid preparation system) has four main functions to mix, paint, refill, and store and consists of a cup, lid, and sieve. Also, available to buy are spatula cones, spray out cards, syringes, and touch up bottles.
