New Nozzle Technology

| The “I” nozzles, also known as “Control” nozzles, produce an elongated jet shape with a small run-off zone and a drier jet core. They have a slower application speed but offer maximum control. The film build-up per layer is slightly reduced compared to an “O” nozzle of the same size.
HVLP: Extra Economical – HVLP paint spray guns achieve particularly high transfer rates with their low-pressure technology. RP: Extra Fast—RP spray guns offer maximum working speed, optimised high-pressure technology, and low overspray. |
The “O”, or “Speed”, nozzles have an oval jet shape with a larger run, off zone and a wet jet core, which enables a higher application speed. The film build-up per layer is slightly greater compared to an “I” nozzle of the same size.
