Next Working Day Delivery – mainland UK
- FREE on orders over £200 (ex VAT).
- Cost on orders under £200 (ex VAT) is £6.95.
- For next working day delivery orders must be placed before 5pm.
- Please note: orders placed after 5pm are regarded as being received on the next working day (Monday-Friday).
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore Isles may take up to 2-3 working days.
- Some bulky items may be subject to additional carriage charges.
- LQ will require additional carriage charges
Non-Mainland UK
- FREE on orders over £200 (ex VAT).

Returns & Refunds Policy
At DTC, we understand that even with careful consideration, sometimes a product might not be quite right, and that’s okay.
We do our best to provide accurate, detailed information about all our products, but if something’s unclear or missing, please let us know at sales@www.dtc-uk.com. Your feedback helps us improve.
If you’d like to return your order, we’re happy to offer a 14-day returns policy. You may return any item as long as you inform us within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in a resaleable condition.

You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs for unwanted items are your responsibility. However, we can arrange a collection at an agreed cost.

Once we’ve received the item(s), any eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days.
