Saving a Customer's Supply Chain (Case Study)

When a long-established and well-known manufacturer faced a supply shortage due to their consumables supplier ceasing operations, we had 6 weeks to provide a seamless switchover to the full supply of over 1600 consumable products, to multiple locations.

We performed a full audit of their current products and tailored a portfolio of straight switches and recommendations for alternatives to improve efficiencies.

The result? A seamless transition to the supply of all the 1600 SKUs in six weeks across 41 locations and 2 sites, as well as successful implementation of the DTC Hub, providing easy access to reporting and stock control.
