The BAXT S6 Abrasive Sponge Disc is a specialist product developed for sanding not only smooth flat surfaces but also rounded surfaces, corners and sharp edges. Its flexible design creates a smooth sanding pattern on angled surfaces and edges but reduces the risk of pressure marks.
Consistent Finishing
The soft foam provides a consistent surface pressure on the abrasive grains regardless of any defects in the sanded surface. This prevents the abrasive cutting through the lacquer layer at sharp edges or roundings giving a superior finish.
Wet and Dry Sanding
The unique structure of the S6 disc withholds water in the disc whilst sanding providing a clean process and resulting in less liquid being used. It is mainly used for wet sanding but can be used dry as air and water also pass freely through the product.
